Hello,
I had a company at my place this week that installed a fence, but at one of the posts on the lawn, there's a bit too much concrete, and I think it looks a bit ugly. What I'm wondering is if you can remove about 1-2 cm of concrete in height by carefully chipping it away with a hammer and chisel, or if there's a risk of ruining the whole foundation?
