Replacing my kitchen and planning to keep my old tiles. But when I removed the sink, 1 tile at the bottom cracked.

How can I easily remove it without cracking many more?

Break the tile in the middle with something sharp and carefully remove the remnants using a chisel?

Exactly. It might be a good idea to scrape out the joints around first, which reduces the risk of damaging the surrounding tiles.

Ok thanks so much, I'll try that.
What would be suitable to use when scraping the port joint? It's quite narrow.

A nail through a piece of wood usually works well.

Or for us gadget enthusiasts, you can buy a joint cutter for the Dremel.
