I am wondering how to install the header (is that what it's called? If not, it should be )?

I have framed interior walls with door openings on floorboards and the finished floor will add an additional 10-15 mm.

Do you take this into account and increase the height by 10-15 mm?

Door 21x9
Already framed vertical studs, width: 91 cm
Height: Either 211 cm without considering the finished floor or about 212 cm.

You should have wider door trim than 30 mm, right? Then set it for the thickest floor.
