Raise a concrete slab 5 cm

I am planning to enclose a "farstukvist" and therefore need to raise the existing concrete slab about 5 cm to level with other floors. Should I lay in reinforcing mesh or just fill with concrete? I plan to use Bygg Max "Guta Fin" in 25kg bags. According to my calculations, the volume is about 600 liters. How many bags should I buy??? Grateful for tips. Jens
