Quick guide/advice wanted on everything to consider before the slab is poured.

We are planning to build a house (modular house). But there are quite a few things that need to be done beforehand with the plot, electricity, well, sewage, TV/telephone/internet.

Does anyone have a checklist of who to contact when it comes to the different categories? What you absolutely should not miss before laying the foundation, all tips are gratefully received. 😃
