Hello,

we have a small shed (<2 sqm) that we are now planning to refurbish/rebuild. The idea is to use it until we get settled in the vacation house (a couple of years away). During the renovation/construction of the main building, we are considering installing a toilet (urine-separated composting toilet, Separett with injector tank) and a washbasin.

All the buildings on the property are old and neglected, so we want a space that is not inhabited by mice and other small animals. It is likely that other buildings will eventually have sheet metal sidings, so we think we want the same for the shed. We want it to be heated = insulated.

Questions:
- Since it is such a limited area, we are considering Kingspan's K12 80mm (https://www.kingspan.com/se/sv-se/produkter/isolering/kooltherm/kooltherm-k12-regelisolering). Is it a good choice or are there better alternatives? It's such a small area, so I assume price is not an issue.
- How would you construct the wall? Is it enough to put up studs and insulation (Kingspan K12) between them, and then the sheet metal, or do we also need a facade board?
- How do we ensure that mice don't get inside the sheet metal siding?
- Anything else we should ask?

Thanks!
