I wonder if you need base insulation paper between a supporting structure in pressure-treated and a wall construction on an insulated "friggebod". Does anyone know?

Normally, you don't mix pressure-treated and regular lumber in a wall. But if you need to do it in a "friggebod" for example, I would have placed a wind barrier or moisture barrier in between.

you want insulation paper between wet and dry.

i.e., you have a leca foundation where moisture can be drawn capillarily upwards, you want to have paper between leca and wood.

If your pressure-treated wood risks moisture from below, it's better to place the paper under the pressure-treated wood...

If the treated wood is always dry, the paper has no function and can be skipped.
