protection on exterior door, kick plate?

I would like to put a plate about 20 cm at the bottom of the basement's exterior door because it splashes some water up, and the panel on the door becomes very worn quickly.

I've Googled around and don't know what it might be called. Kick plate seems to be something similar to what I'm looking for... but 1000 SEK for a 10 cm wide plate without a folded drip edge feels quite expensive.

I would like to have a small bend at the bottom edge so the water comes out a few cm outside the frame. Does anyone know what it's called and where you can find it??

Provide measurements and a sketch of the profile to a sheet metal company. I would guess about 200:- for such a sheet. Double the price if you want it in stainless steel.
