Hello!
We have a newly built house that we are very pleased with, but after a few months, we've started noticing small issues here and there, some more serious than others.
We have a classic 2-story house where we later asked them to cast an "entré" with a roof. Now that it has rained heavily and the wind has blown directly towards the house from the front, I've started to wonder what happens to the water that might land right under the drip edge and "bounce" towards the baseboard. Some small debris like leaves and other organic and non-organic small stuff has blown in and now lies damp directly against the windbreaker(?) and then the baseboard.
This doesn't seem quite right at first glance. I would love to have someone else take a look, what do you think?
3 pictures to show, it is concerning the slab where the "entré" section meets the actual slab and the baseboard which is completely visible.
Thanks in advance
