Hello!
I recently moved into an Elementhus from 1967, 1 1/2 stories with a basement. I'm currently studying an introductory course in Construction Basics, and we are supposed to study a house and its construction. Naturally, I chose my house since it seems to have quite an unusual construction. I have found a lot of good information here on the site about wall and floor construction, but I'm a bit curious about the basement foundation. If anyone has information on it, I would gladly appreciate it!
I am attaching drawings of my house.

It looks like a typical construction on a basement foundation from that time. Cast footer. Walls probably either in concrete or built with concrete hollow blocks. Then the basement floor is poured after the walls. What else would you like to know?

Yes, it is Concrete blocks in the basement walls. However, there is not much information about the actual foundation in the house, we are going to create drawings of the foundation construction, wall construction, etc., with all building materials and sizes, the foundation is the hardest to calculate because you can't measure there. Do you have experience with Elementhus?

No, not specifically from them, but the construction of the foundation is common.
The subgrade is often drainage gravel, fraction about 0-8.
The footing is approximately 600*300 mm reinforced with longitudinal reinforcement type 4* fi12 and possibly stirrups in fi8.
Vertical reinforcement in the brick wall.
And probably a reinforcement mesh in the floor, but not always.

Thank you for all the answers! :)

How did it go? It might be a bit late now, but I have some plans from my house (Elementhus from 1968) if you still need them.

I would love to have your drawings! So exciting with these houses, all the info is awesome!
