I have Platon upturn against the walls, but I'm wondering what to do at, for example, the stairs? Is upturn needed there as well, or how should it be done there?

At door openings, stairs, etc., Platon sealing strips are used. This seals the air gap, which should be done according to Isola's installation guide.
