Plastic pipe 200 mm

I am looking for plastic pipes (like PEM or similar) with a diameter of 200 mm. I plan to use these to cover pier posts that are about 15 cm thick so that the ice can't pull up the pier posts as easily. When I google, I can't find much, especially not any sites for private individuals. Most sites require login for prices, and it's probably prices where "everyone" gets 80-90% discount off the list price….
Anyone have any tips?
