Plastic or not with new flooring

Should one seal with plastic or not under the floor particle board if the house might not be heated in the winter more than to 8-10 degrees? We are building a sleeping house without sewage, etc., but we are insulating it.

Thank you. But when I watch videos from byggmax and other constructions, they have plastic on the floor under the chipboards and plastic closest to the drywall on the wall. This is so the moisture from inside the house doesn't reach the studs.

Never plastic in the walls or ceilings of houses that are not heated year-round either!
