I think the insulation is sagging between the battens in the ceiling of the middle floor. Battens with 28x70 c/c 300 mm and the insulation is sagging towards the ceiling below. The question is whether plastic can be placed from below instead of subfloor panels. Thinking about possible moisture formation.
