In the process of building a garage 8x11 meters. The slab insulated 200 mm. Essentially, this is a 1 1/2 story house, garage downstairs, finished upstairs with elevated wall plates.
The garage will be heated to about 8+ degrees.
The upper floor will be heated to 21 degrees.
The intermediate floor should be insulated to create two "heat zones."
Should I have plastic on any side of the intermediate floor?
