Plastic facade??

Hi! I have a house with a plastic facade (from the 70s)... does anyone know if it's available for purchase somewhere? We replaced a window, so a piece is missing underneath?

It will probably be difficult. I have an aluminum facade myself and tried to find someone who makes these, and I was told that it could be specially ordered, but it would be expensive. I will have to put wood a bit (fortunately this will be far under the roof so painting probably won't be needed in my lifetime)
