Placement of stud on concrete slab with L-element.
I have poured a concrete slab for the entrance extension. The edges consist of L-elements and I am wondering how far in the studs need to be placed. Between the concrete and the outer board, there is 5cm of foam. Can the stud be placed to the outer edge or must it be placed at the concrete edge? And if so, should nail battens be placed outside the studs so that the panel ends up outside? 
It's the best. That is, a core of concrete with battens attached outside to secure the paneling.
Did it like this on the storage shed, where I placed the outer edge of the sill 4 cm inside the outer edge. Since I had planned for 45X45 as a batten plus asfaboard, the panel would then end up 18 mm outside the slab.
Then a good friend, who is a carpenter, came and suggested that asfa was a bad idea and that I should use a membrane instead, so I did that, which led to 45+22 instead, resulting in about 3 cm gap and 45 mm extra insulation.

Panel
22 mm nail batten (actually 22X95 formwork timber that I split lengthwise. 2.80 per meter was a nice price)
windproof membrane
45X45 horizontal with horizontal 45 mm insulation between each layer
145X45 vertical. At the bottom, a 145 mm wide sole plate attached to the slab with expansion bolts
vapor barrier in the form of plastic
2X13 mm gypsum
This gave me 190 mm insulation, which might be a bit overkill for a storage room but always nice considering the electricity prices.

Just need to ask so I don't embarrass myself: The sill is usually placed at the outer edge of the slab even when using edge elements, right? My prefab garage that I just ordered will have 45x145 wall studs, which should mean that the sill is 145 wide. It shouldn't be a problem if it rests a few centimeters on the cellular plastic, should it?
