particle board vs flooring particle board

Hi, what is the difference between flooring chipboard and regular chipboard?
Thinking like 10mm flooring chipboard vs 12mm chipboard. Other than thickness.

Common particle board usually does not have tongue and groove and measures 1200x2400mm... flooring particle board is always tongue and grooved and measures 60x1800 or 60x2400mm

There MAY also be differences in the actual material because different properties are required for floors compared to walls.
