I will start building a 2-car garage in a week and I am anxious about which overhead garage door I should choose.
What is important is that there is a motor for the doors and they are insulated (it will be 7-10 degrees Celsius).
Does anyone have any suggestions? I have looked at Hörmann Renomatic but they seem somewhat expensive.

Hörmann makes very good doors. Good quality and they feel sturdy. But I would probably spend a bit more and get the Supramatic motor instead. It opens at 22 cm/sec. Promatic opens at 14 cm/sec.
If you're opening 250 cm, it takes 17.8 sec with Promatic. Supramatic does it in 11.3 seconds.
It may sound silly, but if you need to get into the garage quickly, those seconds can feel frustrating.
