Outdoor staircase

Hi,

I was thinking of building an outdoor staircase.

For the steps, I want to use 34x145.

Is there ribbed 34x145 available somewhere?

I thought it could reduce the risk of slipping.....

Grooved decking does not reduce the risk of slipping, it can even make it worse.

Oh well. Maybe go for the regular one then...

Agree that grooved doesn't help against slipping. Water gets trapped in the grooves, which becomes ice, leading to sprained groins! A smooth decking is much easier to keep slip-free!
