Open up door frame

I'm planning to move this door frame (see image) about 400mm to the right so that the stove is also visible from the kitchen. Do I need to do anything if the wall is load-bearing?

If the wall is load-bearing, the existing lintel of the door must be replaced with a longer and taller one.

What about fire protection requirements near the stove, for example, is it possible to place a door trim near it without fire risk?
