Hello!
Planning to tear out the kitchen in a 25 m2 area, and since we're opening the floor anyway, we're considering underfloor heating, but we're unsure if it can maintain the heat on its own or if it's better to choose radiators?
An old brick house from the 60s, currently there's only one radiator handling the heating in the room.
We're planning to lay laminate flooring over it; has anyone done this and can share their experiences?

Hello
Since underfloor heating warms up a larger area than a radiator, it should, in my opinion, be sufficient. Then if the radiator can remain, keep it?
I did a kitchen renovation last year and installed underfloor heating, and it is enough for us to keep our kitchen and dining room warm without help from the 2 radiators that are also in the same area.
The underfloor heating loop I installed was approximately 50 m long.
