The last time I renovated at home, I had a craftsman who recommended that I use One strike filler to seal between the floor molding and wall and ceiling molding and wall.

Unfortunately, I can't find it in a tube anymore, only in a can. Does anyone know where you can buy it for use in a caulking gun?

Bought the equivalent at the Flügger store.
There were both tube and jar.

Just read a bit more about it. It says that it becomes hard after it sets and that it is a type of spackle. Does that mean it's not so suitable for sealing? I thought a seal should be a bit elastic?

tested acrylic caulk or painter's caulk?

Do you mean that they are preferable over one strike filler?

more flexible, then there is high elastic

more flexible, then there's also highly elastic
Ok, I did ask the question in another thread, but I've checked out Becker latexfog which can handle movements up to 15-20%. Do you think it's a good choice?

Beckers latexfog usually works.
Buy a good caulk gun at the same time if you don't have one.

I actually have a Milwaukee M12 caulk gun that I plan to inaugurate soon :-)

so you're going to caulk many meters

Yes, it's quite a lot. All floor and ceiling moldings in an entire house, as well as door frames, window linings, etc.

Acrylic sealant yellows quickly, it should be painted over to look white in the long run. Though maybe you plan to paint after it's sealed. Or maybe you're not going to have white sealant. I have never seen acrylic mass that is anything other than white. Why do you need to seal all the moldings in a house between the wall and the molding?

poorly installed molding or leaky walls

To make it 100% neat. Don't like skugglister.
