Hello,
Demolishing a boiler room from the 50s-60s. With Gyproc 9mm "for flame-protected spaces." What is special about this plasterboard? Could it be asbestos-reinforced?

Perhaps standard plasterboards introduced as a suitable replacement for asbestos cement? The 9 mm thickness suggests it was intended to be attached to a "solid" wall and not on studs.
