Want to merge and install geothermal heating.
What is the correct work order? I can do the work before moving in. The two spaces together are about 10 sqm.

Remove the wall
In parallel with the above, drill for geothermal heating
Install geothermal pipes/connection
Tile former boiler room and former laundry room, walls and floor
Install geothermal heat pump
Install washing machine, dryer, laundry sink, etc.

Load-bearing wall - no, I haven't checked. If it's load-bearing, I'll have to support it with a beam, and that step needs to be included, of course.
