How many craftsman hours does it take to install a layer of chipboard and a layer of gypsum on the walls and ceiling of a house of about 160 sqm - roughly?:p

Received a price the other day...

Frame, OSB and plasterboard on one side of all walls 116sqm
Two carpenters for two days.

Thought it sounded pretty good.

Must be fast carpenters...:)

Well, I'm not sure if I agree since 116sqm is only about 40 panels of each. 2 days = 32h around 24min on average per panel - with some framing as well. Pretty normal in my opinion, maybe a bit slow :p

They are supposed to frame the walls in that time as well

Ts.
Does it only concern exterior walls? Or should interior ones be included?

Otherwise, I guess about 120 hours. If the person performing the work knows how to do it and has the right tools.
With interior walls.

The outer walls and a load-bearing wall are present. The task is to build various other interior walls and plaster one side with some type of wood board behind.

60-80 hours?

Do they want it down to 30 hours? That sounds very good. Demand a fixed price!

Completely dependent on how the house looks.
How many angles and corners there are.
Can you put whole panels straight on or should it be cut or spliced at the height, etc.

According to Rebeckaf, there is no regulation included. If that is the case, then there should be no problem with 24 min/disc.

depends on how many windows, electrical outlets, if there is a bay window, etc. etc.
where the material is, stairs

I apologize for my absence.

The framing is already done. It applies only indoors. That is, regular plasterboard with chipboard behind. However, both ceiling and wall. No bay windows, but many electrical sockets... :) But now I have an idea at least. As a non-carpenter, it's hard to know if a job takes two days or two weeks... :D
