non-combustible behind wood stove

Hello,

I plan to install a wood stove connected to the old chimney. Since the chimney is positioned about 6 cm inside the inner wall, I am thinking of recessing the wood stove slightly. It won't be much, but the idea is also for the niche not to be too wide, as the sides also need to be non-combustible, and not wallpaper and plasterboard. I was thinking of using some type of "light brick" on the sides and plastering the entire niche, and possibly painting/whitewashing it in some color. What type of mortar, stone, and possibly paint should be used?

The thin "fusktegel" is not approved for protection as non-combustible because they are too thin according to Eldabutiken. Therefore, you must also use a siporex board or similar.
