I am currently working on a project to build a "Nivell-wall" and do not want to place anything organic behind the wall. I want to keep the thickness of the wall to 45mm studs.

The current plan is to lay studs, plastic, OSB, gypsum.

The question then, is it enough with steel studs+OSB+gypsum to hang up a 42" TV?

If not, how can I "kortla"/reinforce the studs (without adding wooden studs) so it holds?

Yes, it's undoubtedly sufficient. If you still want to add a short support, you can buy 100 or 150 mm wide metal straps that you screw into the studs, securing it between the OSB and gypsum at the height where you want the TV. We use that for all wall fixtures in my project at work.

Ah, plåtband, of course, so simple... Thank you!
