Hello.
I wonder if there are any professionals in concrete basements who can help us come to a conclusion on what we should choose. We have an excavated concrete basement from 1975. We don't know how the floor is insulated, but the walls are raw concrete. We are now planning to furnish it with a bedroom, toilet, and laundry room, and need to do it correctly according to all the rules.

We have looked at Nivell floors and Platon mat, and wonder which is best. Can you have underfloor heating if you have ventilated floors without risking moisture migration? Should/can the walls be insulated as well - what should you consider then? Glass wool and steel studs...
Does anyone know a company in Malmö / southern Skåne that is "top-notch" at this with many years of experience?
No "educated guesses," just serious and competent suggestions.

Thank you in advance.
