Are you going to do the work yourselves?
Are you going to add insulation at the same time?
*Do* you have to replace the facade or can you perhaps restore the old one?

The actual material cost is actually calculated somewhere here on the forum, although it can be a bit tricky to find....

I have changed the façade on a house and the price for the timber in that case wasn't particularly high, under 10,000 SEK. However, it does involve a fair amount of work.

When you’re tearing down the façade anyway, you might also want to replace the paper, downspouts, window flashing, etc. It’s actually not that difficult to change a façade if you’re somewhat handy and have some tools/machines to make it easier.

To ease the work, you also need scaffolding; standing on a ladder to tear down/nail the façade is no joy.

Then you may not need to replace all the façade at once, maybe it's enough to replace the south side or the side that is the worst.

The price depends a bit on how you want the new facade.
However, I don't think you will get the timber you need for less than 10,000 SEK, more likely 12,000-15,000 SEK.

Calculate how many m2 of facade it is, check with one of the insulation companies (Paroc or Isover) and you can see on their website how to add extra insulation if you plan to do so.

On Beijer's website, you can get help with timber consumption.
Compile what you need and request price quotes from a number of different building suppliers, so you have the opportunity to purchase from the one that is best priced.
