Which door leaf fits directly on this? Approximately 182 cm high door leaf and 82 wide.

I can't seem to find a similar door.
My measurements appear to be:
181.5cm
82.5cm

Is the existing door cut at the bottom edge?
A simple way to check is to measure from the top edge of the door to the top of the upper hinge and from the bottom edge of the door to the bottom edge of the lower hinge. On an uncut door, these two measurements are equal.

If the door is not a storage door and not cut, it needs to be custom-ordered from a carpenter.

finding a new door leaf that fits the old frame will probably be difficult
