I would like to remove a wall but I'm not quite sure if it's okay to do so. The association says it's okay, and there are others who have removed this wall, but I won't be able to sleep at night unless I'm 100% sure.
Of course, I'm not expecting to get a definitive answer based on the documents I'm attaching below, and I will consult a structural engineer or similar, but I was mostly curious about your qualified guesses.
Unfortunately, the documents are only A-drawings which were the only ones I found in the municipality's digital drawing archive. I will call them tomorrow to see if there might be more non-digitized drawings available.
We can start with a drawing of the apartment itself, as well as the wall (or part of the wall) I want to demolish:
I'm also sending a drawing of the corresponding room but on the terraced floor (where the wall isn't even present) and the basement floor (where the wall is present):
Attic floor (if that can be helpful):
And a sectional drawing:
The building is 9 floors, all floors are identical except for the terraced and basement floors.
The wall isn't hard compared to the exterior wall, but it doesn't sound hollow when you knock on it either.

Very unlikely that the wall would be load-bearing. When was the house built?

The house was built in 1954.

Then the house has concrete floors resting on load-bearing walls of masonry (at least full brick thick), possibly in combination with lightweight concrete. The wall you want to remove probably consists of half-brick or lightweight concrete planks. If you want to be very precise, you can look at a reinforcement drawing, although I don't think it's necessary in this case.

I have called the municipality and obtained a technical description (they had no construction or reinforcement drawings). I suspect that this wall falls under "other interior walls," which according to the description is a "plattvägg."

As far as I understand, that description applies to the laundry room.. I don't think you need to spend more work on this. Plattvägg is light concrete.
