I will lower the ceiling with 45*45 studs. cc45.
Then I'll add drywall and recess spots.
To make it quick and easy, I'm considering if it's possible to fasten the new ceiling studs to the existing concrete ceiling with a nail gun?
Am I an idiot, or can this work?
I'm planning to lower it throughout the entire apartment, and the largest ceiling is 5*4m.

Yes, it is possible to fasten them, but you need a bultpistol.
Or a high-pressure nail gun with compressor, 34 bar pressure
what kind of concrete ceiling is it? if it's newer type concrete elements, they're really hard and flake. then nail plugs are almost better, in my experience (from new construction). an older concrete house probably has softer concrete.
