I wonder if anyone knows approximately how much it costs to replace the foundation beams. The house was built in 1972 and is a single-story house with a living area of 133 m2. The base plate itself is 200 m2. Do you need to replace them in the garage as well????

Are you referring to the sill? I mean the rule that rests on the foundation/plate?
If that's what you mean, the price depends somewhat on what kind of facade your house has.
I know that for a brick villa, it's around 100-150k.
