Movements of bathroom floor

I am planning to buy supplies for my new bathroom this weekend. There will be completely new walls E-E 70/70 202 M0. But I also need to level the floor. Can that be done after the drywall is in place? Seems easiest that way, or do I have to build some sort of framework first, then level the floor, and after that erect the walls?

It works perfectly to float after the wall panels are set. I almost always do that.
