I'm wondering if anyone knows if there are movable metal brackets/rails available. I'm looking for a bracket that is about 100-150 mm long and about 20-30 mm wide that can be mounted on a hard surface. Then I need to be able to mount a bracket/rail that can be moved sideways but not come off the fixed bracket.
Background info, I am going to mount a lid lift for a spa where the space required behind doesn't quite suffice. I'm missing about 30 mm. So I'm thinking I could attach a movable bracket to make use of these small but precious centimeters. These two brackets should then allow sideways movement of the lid while also being able to maintain stability for a weight of 15 kg. Are there such things available? I was thinking of DIN rails but don't know if there's anything that can act as a counterpart to such.
