Hellohello!

I have purchased a wall-mounted fireplace,
Weight 88kg, which will hang on the chimney breast.

This will be attached at 6 fixation points.

The chimney breast itself is 100 years old and built with solid bricks.

I am afraid of cracking the bricks if I use any expansion bolts.
The other option I am considering is embedding threaded rods with chemical anchors; Essve has one that is approved for 100 degrees long-term and 160 degrees short-term heat load, and I am concerned if the heat will get through.

What do people say here? How would you have done it?

Concrete screw should work well in solid brick.
