Hi, I want to mount my TV with wire (like a painting) directly on the wall. It will be on an exterior Siporex wall which is more porous (than, for example, the interior walls). The TV weighs ~40kg and thus will hang on ONE screw.
Any tips on what will hold? Do regular plugs/screws work or do I need to use chemical anchors?

do you need wire then? I would probably prefer something that attaches with more screws anyway. The important thing is not the type of screw but more that they are long. Like nail plugs that are 150mm maybe. Then it doesn't matter that the material is soft.

Would probably have chosen a different variant too, but if you're going to use a screw, esve has ridiculously long light concrete screws, I think they go over 200mm. Use one as long as possible, and it'll hold really well.
Look for a proper building supply store as they usually have them in bulk.

Yes, lightweight concrete screws are the best way to do it. Make sure to get one with as long a thread as possible, from 130mm and upwards. Many stores have screws with rather short threads but the screw is long (to be able to fasten thick items), avoid these.
The one with two brackets wasn't so bad, and in fact, my 55" has one today. I didn't check but just assumed that there was a bracket. Good day yxskaft
I'll get the same kind then and still use long screws, that should solve it. I'll have a chat with a real hardware store about the screws, and it'll probably be great.
