Hello!
I've recently erected a wooden house. Due to circumstances beyond our control, it rained in through the roof, and a lot of water was visible on the chipboard, roof beams, and ceiling/boards. Moisture measurement was done when it was 7-8 degrees below zero outside.
Does anyone know under what conditions such a measurement gives the most reliable result?
I mean, it should show higher levels at above-zero temperatures and lower at below-zero temperatures, right? :S
