Hello!

I need to replace rotten wood in the facade due to water that has seeped in. This is due to leaks further up.

The frame is made of lightweight concrete on the first floor. Then there are sills on the blocks, and above that, it's wood. About a meter of the sill is damaged, almost completely rotten, but there is still some bearing material. How does lightweight concrete handle this? I've heard it's quite insensitive to water. From what I can see, about a couple of millimeters on the top are softer than usual. There's a slight trace visible on the inside on the wallpaper.

Grateful for all answers and comments. :)
