Considering buying a summer cottage that has a moisture damage. The house was built in 1968. The area that needs fixing is 1.5 m wide and 2.20 m high. Need to replace the outer wall, studs, insulation, and inner wall. Basically everything in this area. Possibly a very small part of the floor. Apparently caused by some slope issue on the roof.
How much do you think it would cost to fix? Work hours for carpenters and material cost. Possibly also addressing the roof or whatever is needed to prevent future damage.
Thanks in advance!

Assuming there is no electrical/plumbing work involved and that you handle the painting and demolition material yourselves, I estimate 16 hours to replace the wall. I guess the material cost to be 2000:- But there are several unknown factors that affect this. Other measures entirely depend on what needs to be done.
