Minimal radius router?

Hi,

I'm in the process of building my own cabinet doors but I'm pondering what method to use to round off the long front edges of the doors minimally, like a 1mm radius? That is, just enough so they feel "broken" and not sharp?

I have a hand router (edge router) which works perfectly with larger radii, but the smallest cutter radius I've seen on the shelf is 2mm.

Sanding down the corner feels like it could easily become uneven. Or is there a tool (file, sandpaper or plane) that gives a small but consistent radius?

I have access to a 3D printer, so I tested printing a template for sandpaper so a slight radius was created, and this worked reasonably well, but being the perfectionist I am, I think there should be some tool?

Thinking about the scenario where three edges meet on a door, with a radius template even the corner/vertex would look really nice.

Has anyone seen anything?

1/16" i.e. 1.6 mm is quite commonly found, at least if you buy router bits from the UK. It provides a fairly minimal rounding which is good, I think.
