Metal sheets on basement walls

Hello everyone.
We have a former laundry room that will become a relaxation room with a sauna. The walls are painted concrete and we plan to install used corrugated metal to achieve an industrial style.
I assume I should frame the walls first with metal studs. We are planning to frame horizontally to align with the existing holes in the metal, which will be vertical.
Which studs should I use? How would you do it?

Sounds appropriate to me at least. You can look at sheet metal battens for roofs, they have condensation holes to avoid the counter battens.
