The slightly dramatic title is true... my girlfriend lives in Ukraine. She wants to move here but lives in a shack that needs to be sold. It may sound simple, but it's a bit complicated. Her ex-husband, when he built the house, died in 2006, so the house hasn't been 100% completed. She has a good job herself, but with the salary levels, it doesn't make much difference; she simply hasn't had the opportunity to continue. So it has stood and deteriorated. There is limited funding to solve the construction company for both of us. The idea is to sell the house, as I said, and spending money on more htkr is completely out of the question. At the same time, she can't move because her daughter, who also owns part of the house, is for various practical reasons 100% dependent on the house being sold and can't leave the country. So she's in a catch-22, where she has to get the house sold before she can move here... however, the house is located in a wealthy area where other properties are listed for very large sums... so there is interest; she's had 2-3 viewings a year since before last year, I believe. But she was on vacation with me for 10 days, and now when she came home, these settlements appeared due to heavy blasts nearby.
So there are cracks here and there stretching from floor to ceiling.
So I have to help with research/planning myself.
