material for inner wall that should withstand some water at the bottom?
Imagine a storage room. Where the floor is occasionally rinsed clean.
If you were to build an inner wall in this room, I think you should first pour a bit of concrete and then place the studs on top of it, but if you're looking for a more convenient and quick solution, what would be the easiest thing to do then?
(considering the risk of wooden studs and OSB boards being damaged by water)

Yes, with a sheet for example. But boards and the sill will absorb water from the floor.
An alternative is to "redo" the wall by placing the sill on plastic blocks and cutting the board a few cm, then covering it with suitable material.
But then you might as well build an entirely new wall.
