Yes, that is unfortunate, but if you give a heads-up that you're going to renovate and indicate how long you expect to be at it, I don't think anyone would be so difficult as to insist you can't renovate during the day. Alternatively, check the bylaws about how long you are allowed to make noise.

From 08:00 to 22:00. I use a rotary hammer drill anyway, it doesn't take more than a day to attach the profiles.

Rotary Hammer Drill with SDS drill is much more efficient and drills your holes probably 10 times faster than with an impact drill.

What brand would you recommend for a rotary hammer drill?
