As many before, I am wondering if my wall is load-bearing. I am attaching 3 pictures.
One picture shows a close-up of the material inside the wall, and the others show the wall from different rooms.
According to the blueprints held by the association's chairman, the wall should not be load-bearing, but I prefer to check one extra time rather than too little.

Those pictures don't say much about bearing or not...
But what about the basement and attic??? Is there anything?? Check if the wall is in the same place both downstairs and upstairs... and also check if there is a rafter over this wall...
If that's the case, if it's over and/or under... then it is load-bearing...
What you show with your pictures is that the wall is plastered the old way,,, i.e. the surface layer is plastered...

This is an apartment on the 3rd floor (4th with the basement). Above is the attic which I can access and check how the rafters are positioned. I'm getting the drawings tomorrow and will check the attic first thing I do tomorrow....
