If the roof trusses are in the same direction as the wall, then it is not load-bearing; the roof trusses then sit on the central wall in the center of the house and the outer walls. But note that there may be EL in that wall, and the pipes for it will certainly come from above. That can cause some issues. Not uncommon.

Not entirely sure, here it’s the opposite as well, i.e., load-bearing in both directions. Which is strange. But on the TS drawing, it looks like the wall to be demolished is not load-bearing.
