The person you should contact is a building structural engineer. Before you do that, it's good to gather as much documentation, drawings, etc., as possible on the house if there is any. If you have any drawings lying around, you can post them here; it might be that there are no concerns.

Complete with the following details: Main dimensions of the old house (the one on the right in the drawing is an extension) and information about the material in the outer walls. If the drawing is to scale, it should be brickwork.
The old house is 8.5 by 6 m. The house was a stone house (or could it be brick and plaster?) before it got a wooden facade.J justusandersson said:

Stone house usually means that the house is built with brickwork and plastered on the inside and sometimes on the outside. The dimensions of the house and the fact that the upper floor is furnished suggest that the indicated wall is load-bearing.
