Load-bearing wall basement

Have a load-bearing basement wall that the joists rest on. The wall is made of wood and is moisture-damaged.

Should I build a wall in leca or light concrete to replace this damaged wall?

How do I handle the door when the ceiling height is limited?

Hi. How did you end up doing it? I also have a load-bearing wall made of wood in the basement. However, I haven't found any indication of moisture, but I would like to replace it with Leca or light concrete to prevent problems before they arise.
